Bob Ziegler recieves NADP award
20 years of service excellence
Bob Ziegler is a research technician in the Department of Meteorology. On a weekly basis, Bob collects rain samples from Penn State's Rock Springs, PA research site and sends them to the National Atmospheric Deposition Program (NADP) for analysis. The samples are essential for the NADP in measuring the acidic levels of rainfall, which supports research and policy on air quality.
The National Atmospheric Deposition Program held its annual Meeting and scientific symposium on October 8-11, 2013 in Park City, Utah. Bob was recognized and received a trophy for 20 years of outstanding service. Congratulations Bob!
