Luna Rodriguez takes first place in College of EMS poster competition
Congratulations to Luna Rodriguez, Meteorology graduate student, who won first place in the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences Graduate Student Poster Session on September 16, 2010 as part of the College's Graduate Student Awards and Recognition event. Luna's poster, entitled "Source Term Estimation using a Genetic Algorithm", was selected for top prize among twenty-seven others from across the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences. Also participating in the contest from the Meteorology department were Greg Garner and Kara Sulia.
